Jeff and Sally Manfredi have been collaborating in the production of utilitarian stoneware for over 30 years. Jeff's previous experience as a chef and Sally's as a painter are reflected in their work – a balance of form and function and of beauty and utility.Calistoga Pottery continues to work with many wineries, restaurants and inns to develop pottery for specialized uses – for example:
- Cuspidors (wine tasting dump buckets) for Robert Mondavi Winery, Cliffe Lede, Frog's Leap and Folio Wines
- Dinnerware for guest cottages at Cain Vineyard and Winery, St. Helena
- Hand-painted breakfastware at The Foothill House
- Bowls, plates and cream and sugar service for Tra Vigne Restaurant and Calistoga Inn
